The Pentagon has plans to expand child care for Military Families. The question is, will it be enough? With new buildings scheduled to be errected and stipends for family members expected, there will still be waits. Military child care is a crisis and it will take a lot of new resources to solve.

When Kayla was asked what she thinks of the article she shared, "I am thrilled, every situation in which attention is turned towards family quality of life issues is a win. For too long we have seen representation and leadership arguing over things that do not matter to families. I am eager for an update to this article in a year in which we can shine a light on what impact these programs have had if any."
